	Membrane Structures Solutions Membrane Structure Solutions, Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of custom membrane structures. We offer a complete line of air supported, tensile, and frame supported membrane structures for industrial and recreational applications. MSS offers complete turn-key systems, including all mechanical systems and services as may be required for a specific application and geographical location. For recreational applications, included are: heating / inflation / air conditioning systems, lighting, doors, and any other equipment that may be required for a specific project. Our Fabric Structures are a surprisingly inexpensive alternative to the conventional "rigid" construction, offering many advantages in terms of lower operating costs and portability to meet the rapidly changing demands. 	Membrane Structures Technology Our leading patented technology has been proven in over 2,500 worldwide installations, from the cold and windy conditions in Alaska, Northern Canada and ski areas in Colorado, to the heat and humidity of the Middle East and typhoon winds of Southeast Asia. Our patented systems allow for wind design of over 260 km/h, the thermal / acoustical liners accommodate thoroughly effective heating and air conditioning, translucent fabrics eliminate the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours and at night our exclusive, indirect lighting system provides glare free, highly energy efficient lighting. Furthermore, the outer surface of our fabric is protected with coatings to keep the surface clean, thus maintaining translucency, and extends the life of the structure by minimizing degradation from ultraviolet rays. Typical life expectancy of the membrane is well over twenty years and thirty years with PTFE material. MSS also offers a complete line of fabrics, including PVC coated polyester with Tedlar and PVDF finishes as well as PTFE fabrics (Teflon coated fiberglass).
	Design and Patterning (consistent with ASI-77 Standards for an air supported structure). The fabric patterns are computer generated for maximum accuracy and balanced loads. This unique "Armadillo" patterning offers important advantages in terms of a very pleasing environment inside the structure and providing more perimeter height over the play area as well as extra high corners.		Heating / Inflation System OUR Heating / Inflation system is constructed with an oversized discharge and return plenum to lower the velocity, thus reducing noise. Furthermore, due to our "unique air management" system, the air volume at high pressure is reduced by 75%, further reducing noise due to air movement. The heater is designed to provide 25°C temperature rise or more, as it may be required.
	Lighting LIGHTING is the best available with an air supported structure in terms of level and uniformity of illumination and energy efficiency. We will initially achieve over 900 Lux over the play area with the proposed lighting.		Exterior Membrane Type 2, 1050 gr/m2 and 1250 gr/m2, (vs. 750 gr offered by the industry) for longer life and higher resistance to UV, 100% Recyclable. The PVDF top finish will provide 100% UV screen and a self cleaning surface, thus maintaining the original "clean look" and translucency throughout its long life. The fabric's life expectancy is 25+ years based on year-round installation.
	Cable Stress Control Bias Harness System Most technologically advanced cable system to reduce the stress on the fabric and increase the safety factor, thus minimizing the possibility of tear propagation and extending the life expectancy of the fabric.
